Service Levels and Status

Targets, not commitments

This page states objectives and targets. It is not a contract. It does not promise an uptime level, a response time, or a remedy. A signed Enterprise Statement of Work can add terms. Confirm any figure with SigmaShake before you rely on it.

Public status page

The public status page is at status.sigmashake.com. It collects the components of every SigmaShake service. Each service declares its own components in its status.toml file.

Service level objectives

The sigmashake-gov service publishes these objectives in its slo.toml file. The window for each objective is 28 days, rolling. The file was last reviewed on 2026-05-27.

Availability99.9%Share of responses to the primary endpoint that are not 5xx
Read latency0.5 seconds at the 99th percentileLatency of GET read endpoints
Data loss0 eventsCount of data-loss events. Every persisted write must reach durable storage.

These are objectives. This page does not state a measured result for any of them.

Support response targets

The Enterprise Statement of Work lists these targets. They are best-effort targets. They are not contractual commitments.

  • No 24/7 coverage, paging vendor, or on-call rotation supports a contractual P1 response or resolution time today.
  • The operator must confirm or change each figure before an Enterprise Statement of Work is signed.

  • Service credits or other remedies for missed objectives
  • How SigmaShake calculates monthly uptime
  • Exclusions from the availability objective
  • Scheduled maintenance windows
  • Recovery time and recovery point objectives
  • Support hours of coverage
