Drop-in skill for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok, and other coding agents. The skill tells the agent to read the live docs index and to follow the Agent Install Guide. It does not add install steps.

SigmaShake is free to download and install. A $5/month subscription unlocks governed value surfaces. There is no free tier and no trial of that value. SigmaShake is a sole-operator individual entity (USA). The ssg binary is proprietary: license.

Install

Use one place so you do not end up with two copies.

Codex uses .agents/skills/sigmashake/SKILL.md with the same file. Other agents: put SKILL.md in that agent's skills directory under sigmashake/.

Use it

Restart the agent if it only loads skills at startup. Then say "use the SigmaShake skill" and ask it to set up governance for the project. The setup path is the Agent Install Guide: one non-interactive install command, then ssg_onboard or ssg init --smart.
